Hey! I'm Jake. I like to build aesthetic things.

I've been writing software by hand for ages, nothing fancy, but recently something clicked. The tools got better, the ideas got louder, and I've never been more motivated. This site is made entirely with custom styling and animations! Maybe I'll dabble in fonts next.

Building with AI tools is powerful.

7ab.net is my in-progress workbench, I'll post thought summaries with rough edges. It's more important to ship now than it is to ship perfection, and sharing milestones should be fun and informal.

I want to create a community of builders, and a space where we can share our projects.

Everything's beginning to sound like an LLM; it's important to produce genuine creative work. I write and proofread everything myself, expect grammatical error.
